Bipetual Care provides professional pet care services for a variety of animals, completely against breed discrimination and catering to pets with special needs, be they behavioral or medical. Services are offered to pets of all shapes and sizes, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, rodents, reptiles, and other creatures big and small!

Meet The Sitter

Hey, I'm Audrey! I grew up in Chicago with a variety of pets and dreamed of working with animals since I got my first cat, Oliver, at the age of 7. I started pet sitting and dog walking as an adolescent for friends and family, overtime noticing a niche in the market for pets with special needs. In 2014, I became a full-time Professional Pet Sitter, focusing my care onto animals that other pet care providers turned away, establishing a community of clientele, and improving my pet care services. I created Bipetual Care to expand my work and continue growing my knowledge, experience, and unconditional love of all animals in my career! Whether it's caring for a rescue pittie, a senior kitty, a wall-sized fish tank, or an exotic Capybara, I'm always up for the challenge to cater to a variety of animals and their different needs.

I currently reside in Chicago with my partner, Gio, and our two ginger cats, Beast and Belle. In my spare time I enjoy volunteer work, playing video games, rollerblading, reading or streaming, arts and crafts, and spending time at home with my kitties!

This was our first time having Audrey watch my babies over night. She provided many updates including pictures and was very responsive if I messaged. When I was worried about my flight being delayed coming back, she did an extra stop by to try and feed and let then out again for me. She also left a nice card with some little pics of each baby.

Audrey watched our two dogs in our house for a full week. She sent us videos every day which we really appreciate. She watered the plants, brought the mail in and left the place clean when she left. The dogs love her and we will be using her again in the near future!

Audrey watched our three pups overnight at our house - she house sat as well. She showed up to the meet and greet on time as planned. And was in communication and easily reachable during the stay. She got along with our pups well and was patient. With two of my dogs being seniors, they can be a bit challenging. Audrey did great!

Audrey took great care of our kitties while we were gone! Even during the pandemic, she was very careful and cautious in our home, even without request (which meant a LOT as I am in the high risk category if contracted COVID-19). I would recommend Audrey to any kitty owner as she knows her stuff, is well mannered, and just an overall pleasant person! Audrey is very patient with our rambunctious puppy! She always provides pictures and report cards so I know how my Jax is doing and gives me tips and tricks on training.

Audrey is awesome! Parker absolutely loves when she comes to walk him or play. His paws are always thoroughly wiped clean and the house looks as we left it for the day! Audrey is super reliable and has been a great find for Parker.

Audrey was AMAZING! This was our first time using a sitter, but after meeting Audrey we felt much better and once we returned could not be happier. Our little zoo (two dogs, a cat, a Bearded Dragon and four Guinea pigs) had no stress from boarding, had someone to pay attention to them, and we did not have to book different people to stop by or keep them. One of our dogs has epilepsy and she was able to give him his meds on his routine. My wife and I cannot stress just how great she did for the week so we could take a vacation with peace of mind.

Audrey is professional, prompt, responsive and an authentically friendly person. She was sweet with the pups and sent us photos and videos while we were gone. Audrey asks questions to ensure she's prepared and knows your routine. She tidied up before leaving and left us the cutest card with Polaroids of each dog! We are already booked to use her again!

Audrey came last minute to house/dog sit overnight at my house, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. She sent regulr updates on both the dogs and her comings and goings. We even had some bad weather roll through that she updated us on tree damage. It is a little scary to have someone you don’t know stay in your house while you are away, but Audrey made us feel very comfortable. She even left a note for us when we returned.

Audrey is truly amazing. Cali and I were both happy with her professionalism, level of service, and the extra belly rubs. I definitely recommend Audrey to anyone who would like their pets cared for while they are away. Thank you Audrey!

Audrey always does a great job with Ruby, and it gives us a lot of peace of mind to know that she is with her! We have nothing but great things to say around Audrey! She's been very patient getting to know our dog who can be anxious. With our dog's need for medication multiple times per day, we have really appreciated Audrey staying with her when we need to be away from home.

Audrey was AMAZING! We booked her to watch Spencer during our wedding and she did not disappoint! I received numerous updates in the forms of pictures and videos which allowed me to focus my stress on other things. I got text updates when she arrived at the house and when she was leaving. Not to mention, Spencer adored her and she was able to tolerate his crazy antics. We will definitely be booking her again!
