Happy Spring, Pet Parents!
This is the Spring Newsletter! Newsletters are sent four times a year (September, December, March, and June) as a way for Bipetual Care to announce any updates or upcoming changes to Pet Parents, along with sharing Pet Care & Safety Tips for every season. If you did not receive the previous Newsletters, you can view them on the website Blog. A few quick updates concerning the Scout for Pet Parents app:
- Invoices for completed services will now be charged weekly, instead of bi-weekly, on Tuesdays.
- Service Agreement has been updated on Scout. Be sure to sign it on Scout if you haven’t already.
- Watch this video tutorial or review the FAQ Section on Scout’s support page for general questions.
- Email bipetualcare@gmail.com for any feedback concerning bug or technical issues with Scout.
Referral Program & Pet Birthdays
In case you missed the announcement in the last Newsletter, Bipetual Care now has a word-of-mouth Referral Program, offering clients to earn credit towards their account for every referral they send our way! Clients will receive $10 credit for every new client they recommended Bipetual Care to who successfully book with us. New clients must give your first and last name to confirm your referral so you may receive credit. Once confirmed, the new client will receive 10% off their first booking with Bipetual Care! Current clients will also receive $5 credit on each of their existing pet’s birthday (or adoption day) to also show our love and appreciation for our furry friends! Be sure all of your pets profiles on Scout are up to date and completed, so we can receive notifications of their birthdays and send credit. If left blank, client will not receive Pet Birthday credit. For any questions on our Referral Program or Pet Birthdays, please email bipetualcare@gmail.com.
Got any Summer plans? Be sure to book sooner than later!
House Sitting has always been the most requested service, especially during spring and summer! Several clients have already asked for dates that have been booked by other clients, so if you are planning a vacation and need to book for House Sitting, be sure to put in a request sooner than later to guarantee availability. Clients can refer to the House Sitting Dates calendar on the website (located bottom left on the Services page) to check for available dates. As of today March 22nd, 2021, these are the current available dates for House Sitting:
- March BOOKED
- April BOOKED
- May 28th – 31st
- June 1st – 9th, 21st – 30th
- July 1st – 21st
- August 3rd – 31st
